ADDENDUM I:
PROVIDENTCONNECT ONLINE BANKING

If you subscribe to ProvidentConnect Online Banking, you may use it for some or all of the following services, as well as new services and transactions which may be added from time-to-time: (i) transfer funds between your eligible deposit and loan account(s), (ii) obtain account balances and transaction information, (iii) review the history of transactions conducted through your deposit and loan account(s), (iv) send electronic messages to an electronic service representative at Provident Bank, and (v) receive alert notifications on the status of your deposit account(s). These features of ProvidentConnect Online Banking are limited by and subject to the following terms and conditions:

i. Your ability to transfer funds between certain account types is limited by Federal law, as stated in the Deposit Accounts Terms and Conditions Agreement.

ii. Instructions to transfer funds between deposit accounts will be executed according to the rules, restrictions and time limitations described within Digital Banking.

iii. Each transfer made from a loan account is treated as a cash advance from that account and is subject to the terms of any loan or other applicable agreement you have with Provident Bank.

iv. Transaction information for your accounts may only be available via Digital Banking for a limited period of time as established by Provident Bank.

v. Additional online banking functions may be added from time-to-time that may be subject to separate agreements with Provident Bank, as they may contain additional terms and conditions.
