MOBILE BANKING

FAQs

Bank anytime, anywhere and stay in touch with your money wherever life takes you. So when you’re sitting in one of those hard plastic chairs while your little one pliés and relevés in ballet class, you can quickly, easily, and securely get some banking done right from your phone or tablet!

With Provident Mobile Banking, you can:

  • Check your account balance(s)
  • View recent transactions
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer money
  • View images of paid checks
  • Find a local Provident ATM or branch
  • Use all of the features of ProvidentConnect Online Banking
  • Control your Provident Debit Mastercard® - Turn your card on or off, set location based controls, set transaction limits, and more!

And newly featuring:

  • Zelle® – Send money to anyone securely no matter who they bank with
  • Touch ID for Android users
  • Smartwatch capabilities – Check the balance of your accounts when your smartwatch is paired with and in range of your smartphone
  • Quick balance feature

There’s an App for That

It gets even better. If you have a smartphone or a tablet, you’re able to deposit checks remotely from your mobile device with our free Mobile Banking app for iPhone®, iPad®, Android™, and Android™ tablet. We think that’s pretty cool.

And here’s the cherry on top. You can sign in with your ProvidentConnect credentials or set up to use your device’s biometric security settings. That means you don’t have to set up another account or remember yet another password.
