The Provident Bank has named Vincent S. Vita of Colts Neck, N.J., Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for the middle market team. In his new position, Vita is responsible for developing new commercial loan business and managing a portfolio of commercial loan customers.
Vita brings to Provident Bank more than 18 years of experience from TD Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President for Middle Market lending in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Vita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Jersey City’s St. Peter’s College.
