Pfefferle Promoted to VP, Team Leader at Provident Bank
ISELIN, NEW JERSEY (November 29, 2021): Provident Bank, a leading New Jersey-based financial institution has announced that R. Christian Pfefferle has been promoted to Vice President, Team Leader of the Bank’s Flemington commercial lending team.
Mr. Pfefferle is based in the bank’s Flemington office and is responsible for managing a team of relationship managers and lending specialists who work with small- to mid-sized companies in Central New Jersey to grow the bank’s commercial loan portfolio by offering a variety of deposit and lending solutions. In addition, he will be actively involved with coaching and supporting his team to help structure new and existing commercial loans, meeting with customers, reviewing term sheets, and supporting loan approvals. Mr. Pfefferle will continue to manage a loan portfolio and service the lending needs of clients in Hunterdon and Somerset counties.

Mr. Pfefferle has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial lending, retail and relationship management, and has closed more than $250 million in commercial lending transactions in the Central New Jersey market. Prior to his promotion, he was a Relationship Manager, serving businesses in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties. Mr. Pfefferle is active in the community and serves as a member of the Alexandria Township Committee.
