Adel Mikhael of Easton, Pa. has joined Provident Bank as Vice President, Market Manager. He is responsible for developing new business in the Lehigh Valley/Western New Jersey market, and will work closely with businesses to meet their financial needs. Mikhael will also be responsible for building a referral network of accounting firms, law firms, and trade associations to source new business. In addition, he will oversee Provident’s Bethlehem, Pa. and Phillipsburg, N.J. branches and will be responsible for sales management, operational proficiency, coaching and staff development.

Mikhael was most recently Vice President, Branch Manager with PNC Bank, responsible for the Allentown, Pa. branch. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Branch Manager with Santander Bank. Mikhael also held the position of Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager with HSBC Bank, where he was responsible for managing a $150 million commercial loan portfolio and working with customers with annual sales over $5 million. Mikhael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from American University Cairo. He is a member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
