“As a community bank, our commitment to our customers starts with our ability to provide the best possible tools to help people both understand their financial needs and effectively manage their money,” said Robert Capozzoli, First Vice President and Marketing Director of The Provident Bank. “The goal of Provident’s new website is to offer a seamless platform for customers to do just that.”
Built from the ground up to be viewed on any mobile or Internet-enabled device, the site’s improved layout ensures Provident can accommodate all of its customers and draw them to the product that best serves their needs, regardless of how they are accessing the site. Customers can also view bank promotions “at a glance” and have continuous access to customer service contact information.
The site’s new interactive “Life Stages” feature enables users to select the category that is most appropriate to them and provides relevant financial guidance. Offered in two groups, Personal and Business, the program offers information for the following stages:
“No matter what phase or stage of life you’re in, no matter where you are with your business, Provident bankers have the skill, experience, and tools to devise creative solutions to match today’s circumstances and tomorrow’s goals,” said Capozzoli.
The site also offers rich and engaging content through its Education and Insights Center – a searchable resource with information from Provident experts to help customers take control of their financial future.
The new website went live on June 22, 2015. A short video tour of the new site can be found at http://www.providentnj.com/website-launch/.
