The Bank will offer eligible customers the following financial assistance during the shutdown:

Provident customers who are employed by the federal government and impacted by the U.S. government shutdown, may learn more by visiting their local branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center at 1-800-448-7768, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
