A STRONGER BANK FOR YOUR FUTURE
This fall, Provident Bank is taking a major step forward to bring you better, smarter, more modern banking.
System upgrades coming this fall
At Provident Bank, our commitment you can count on promise means we're always working to bring you better, smarter, more modern banking. We're upgrading our core banking technology to a new platform that will enhance the way we manage your accounts and serve you every day. This investment sets the stage for faster, more innovative products and services designed to meet your evolving needs, now and in the future.
What's Happening
Over Labor Day weekend, beginning the evening of September 4,2026, through September 7, 2026, branches will be closed, and online, mobile, and telephone banking will be unavailable as we complete the transition to our new banking platform. Tuesday, September 8, 2026, will be the first business day on the new system.
You’ll continue to enjoy the same accounts, the same cards, and the same online and mobile banking you rely on today, with a stronger, more capable system working behind the scenes.
